How we work

A simple, documented process for every small-business support job and Discord setup.

From first message to handoff

  1. Requirements review

We confirm what you need, what is in scope, and what access is required.

  2. Build or fix

We do the work using the least access necessary.

  3. Testing

We check that everything works before you see it.

  4. Your review

You review the result and request any included revisions.

  5. Documented handoff

You get written notes on what was done and how to manage it.

Our approach to changes

Define the issue, protect access, make the smallest safe change, test the result, and document what was done.

How access is protected

  • We never ask for your passwords, two-factor or backup codes, bot tokens, or card numbers.
  • Discord: you create and own the server. You invite us with a temporary role that has only the permissions the job needs. At handoff you remove our role and review the audit log.
  • IT support: access is least-privilege, time-limited, and approved by you. We make the smallest safe change and document everything.

Contract roles and subcontracts follow your organization's own processes and security rules.
