Hourly
$50 per hour
30-minute minimum, then 15-minute steps
Monthly plan
$75 per user / month
Includes 30 minutes per user each month, pooled across your team
Monthly minimum
$300 per month
Minimum monthly charge for the plan; month to month
Billing terms
- Hourly: 30-minute minimum ($25) per session or separate issue, then 15-minute steps ($12.50)
- Monthly plan: 30 minutes of support per user each month, pooled across your team; unused time doesn't roll over
- Extra time beyond the plan only with your approval, at $50/hour in 15-minute steps
- Month to month; cancel with 30 days' written notice. No setup fee.
- Reschedule or cancel a session at least 24 hours ahead at no charge; later cancellations, or not joining within 10 minutes, are $25
- Software licenses, hardware and third-party subscriptions are not included
